Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Tindra.

Please read these terms carefully. They form an agreement between you and Tindra for your use of the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tindra ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, for the activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must give your staff the appropriate roles and are responsible for their use of the service.
3. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed for the plan and billing period you choose.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
5. Your data and content
You own the business data you enter into the service, such as your catalog, stock, and sales records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service to you.
6. Our intellectual property
The Tindra platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. These terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance and may update or change features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or a subscription lapses. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
